Baby Boy Bootie Cake

This cake turned out really stunning. When I was finished, I loved the colors. I'm always worried, when customers what scuplted items on the cake, since I don't think of myself as the sculpting queen, but the shoes turned out really cute, and realistic looking, I was happy with the result. I loved the buttons as the accents to the diamond pattern. I usually do flowers, but since it was for a boy, I had to think of something else!!

Wow Wow Wubbzy Cake

This cake was a little tricky to make. I watch Wubbzy, on TV, but trying to get the stylized background look from the show, cut out of fondant is quite the task. The final outcome of the cake was really cute and the customer was really happy with the cake, which is the most important thing.

Backyardigans Cake

This cake came out super cute. I can always tell the success of my cakes, when my kids get supper excited when they see it. All the characters were sculpted from marshmallow fondant, so they are edible. It was a very colorful and cute cake, perfect for the Backyardigan fan.

Pirate Mermaid

The customer for this cake requested a little mermaid/ pirate theme for the cake, but to keep it girly. This was my interpretation of her idea. All items are marshmallow fondant, and the sand is made from crushed graham crackers. It turned out really cute.
